Danny Vs Food — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Made-to-Order Merchandise
Alright, guys!
Thanks for supporting Danny Vs Food and ordering from my merch shop. I really appreciate every order!
Please be aware that our merchandise is made to order. This means your item is produced specifically following your purchase, rather than being taken from ready-made stock.
For this reason, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom-made merchandise where the law permits this exclusion.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product description, size, colour and any personalisation details.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can put things right.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy. Where an item is faulty or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may also help us resolve your query.
Cancellation Requests
As our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or amendment will be possible once production has started.
Some personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right for online purchases. However, this exemption does not automatically apply to every made-to-order item. Your cancellation rights will depend on the type of product and applicable law.
